These Terms of Service (the Terms) are an agreement between you and TAQNIYAT AL MUSTAQBAL TECHNOLOGIES CO. L.L.C, a Dubai limited liability company (single owner), trading as SupaSera (Taqniyat, we, us, or our), for the SupaSera iOS app and the website at supasera.com. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using SupaSera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SupaSera.
The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app. Apple’s billing, subscription, refund, and licensed-application terms control where they are required to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. What SupaSera is, and is not
SupaSera helps you capture job postings, compare them with your own career history, track applications, and prepare tailored CVs and cover letters for your review. It is available in English and Arabic.
SupaSera is not a recruiter, employer, law firm, immigration adviser, or regulated career adviser. It does not apply for jobs, contact employers, or submit documents on your behalf. It does not guarantee that a posting is genuine or that you will receive an interview, offer, visa, or other outcome. You remain responsible for each job you pursue and every document you send.
3. Eligibility and your account
SupaSera is intended for people aged 18 or older who can enter a binding contract where they live. You sign in using a one-time code sent to your email address or, where available, your phone number. Keep that inbox or number under your control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You may delete your account from the app. Account deletion removes live SupaSera account data as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not cancel an Apple trial or subscription. You must cancel renewal through Apple Subscriptions if you do not want future charges.
4. Your content and AI-generated drafts
You keep ownership of the CVs, job postings, notes, photos, and other material you provide. You give us a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, transmit, process, and generate drafts from that material only as needed to operate SupaSera for you, comply with law, protect the service, and support your account. This licence ends when the relevant content is deleted, subject to lawful retention, security records, and routine provider backups.
- Provide only information you have the right to use. Do not upload another person’s confidential CV or material you are not permitted to share.
- AI suggestions are drafts and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review each claim against your real history and the job before exporting or sending it.
- SupaSera is designed to avoid unsupported claims, but you are responsible for the truth and legality of your final application.
- Approved wording can be included in a generated document. SupaSera never sends that document to an employer without your action.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use SupaSera to misrepresent your identity or experience, violate another person’s rights, upload unlawful material, harass anyone, probe or attack our systems, bypass usage limits, scrape or resell the service, or generate content you know is false or unlawful. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
6. Free features, trial, and Career plan
Core organisation features can be used without a paid plan, including capturing jobs, tracking applications, reminders, source-safety checks, and reopening work you already completed.
An active Career plan is required for new AI job analysis, AI-assisted CV revisions, automated job discovery, and application preparation. Job analysis does not consume an application-package credit. A successful application-package credit prepares one tailored CV and its included cover letter together. Reopening cached work, reviewing or editing a saved package, exporting it, or a failed generation does not consume another package credit.
The Career plan currently includes up to 20 successful application packages per monthly allowance period. Included uses refresh monthly, including when you choose quarterly billing, and unused uses do not roll over. Other fair-use or technical limits shown in the app may apply to automated search and section regeneration to protect service quality.
If Apple offers an introductory trial in your storefront, the purchase screen shows its duration, eligibility, included access, price after the trial, and renewal date before you confirm. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins and Apple charges your account.
7. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
SupaSera offers monthly and quarterly auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple. The exact local price, taxes, trial availability, and billing period appear on the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel it in Apple Subscriptions at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage, restore, or cancel through iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions or the Manage Subscription action in SupaSera. Deleting the app or your SupaSera account does not cancel billing.
Apple handles payment and refund requests under its policies. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other right that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using SupaSera at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risk, payment or entitlement failure, or where required by law. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Termination ends your right to use paid features, but does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, survive termination.
9. This website and intellectual property
supasera.com is a marketing website, not the app. Screenshots and feature descriptions may change as the product develops.
SupaSera, its cat mark, design, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. Apple licenses the iOS binary to you. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our software or marks except where applicable law expressly permits it.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SupaSera is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that a job posting is genuine, an analysis is complete, generated text is accurate, the service will always be available, or use of the service will lead to employment. Any warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for lost interviews, offers, profits, opportunities, or data arising from SupaSera. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of AED 185 or the amount you paid through Apple for SupaSera during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or any consumer right or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the SupaSera service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right that allows you to bring a claim elsewhere. Apple’s Standard EULA governs the licensed iOS application to the extent required by Apple.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the product, law, or our business changes. We will update the date at the top. For a material change, we will provide reasonable advance notice in the app, by email, or on the website where practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using SupaSera and cancel any renewal.
