This Privacy Policy explains how TAQNIYAT AL MUSTAQBAL TECHNOLOGIES CO. L.L.C, trading as SupaSera (Taqniyat, we, us, or our), handles personal information in the SupaSera iOS app and at supasera.com.
Questions, privacy requests, or complaints can be sent to hello@supasera.com. Use of the app is also governed by our Terms of Service.
1. Who controls your information

2. What SupaSera does
SupaSera helps you capture job postings, compare them with your career history, track applications, and prepare CVs and cover letters for your review. The app is available in English and Arabic. The website is the public marketing site for the app.
3. Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide the features you request. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

4. Information that can remain on your iPhone
Before sign-in, a CV selected for preview is parsed on the device and is not uploaded. Shared job content can remain temporarily in the app’s private App Group until you import or discard it. Screenshots and PDFs use on-device text recognition. Voice notes use Apple Speech on the device; SupaSera uploads the transcript text, not the recording. Follow-up reminders are scheduled locally.
The app may keep protected local caches so saved work appears quickly and remains usable during a temporary network interruption. Signing out clears the session and protected account caches on that device but does not delete cloud data.
5. How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate your account and sync your career profile, documents, jobs, and applications;
- run AI analysis and document preparation that you request;
- search for jobs using your saved role, location, and work-style preferences;
- provide subscriptions, restore purchases, and enforce included allowances;
- send optional push notifications and schedule reminders;
- detect unsafe or expired job sources, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect the service;
- answer support and privacy requests; and
- comply with legal obligations.
Depending on your location, we process this information to perform our contract with you, with your consent for optional actions such as uploads and notifications, for legitimate service-security interests, and where necessary to comply with law. You can withdraw optional consent by disabling the feature, changing device permissions, or deleting the related content, but this does not affect earlier lawful processing.
We do not share your CV or career history with employers, submit applications, or send follow-ups without your action. We do not use API content to train our own model.
6. Service providers
Providers receive only the information needed for their role:

These providers can process information in other countries under their own security, transfer, and retention arrangements. We do not place advertising or third-party analytics SDKs in the iOS app.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account exists and as needed to provide saved applications, drafts, entitlements, security, and support. When you delete your account in the app, SupaSera deletes the live account, private files, career profile, jobs, analyses, drafts, and sign-in record.
Some limited information may remain where necessary or outside our direct control: anonymous deletion feedback; aggregated hostname-level source-safety information not tied to your account; security or legal records; provider backups until their normal overwrite cycle; and Apple or RevenueCat purchase records retained under their own obligations. Such information is not kept for advertising or reused to recreate your account.
Deleting your SupaSera account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel renewal through Apple Subscriptions.
8. Security
We use account authentication, encrypted transport, private storage, database row-level access controls, server-only provider keys, and least-privilege service access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
9. International processing
SupaSera is operated from the United Arab Emirates and can be used internationally. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the provider’s contractual and legal transfer mechanisms or your request to provide the service.
10. Your choices and rights
You can choose what to upload, which AI actions to run, whether to enable notifications, and which suggestions to approve. You can edit profile details, remove saved jobs, or delete your account in the app.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may withdraw consent or complain to a competent regulator. Email hello@supasera.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
11. Children
SupaSera is intended for adults managing their own job search. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, contact us so we can investigate and delete the account where appropriate.
12. The website
Public pages at supasera.com do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential WordPress session cookies can be used for authorised site administrators. If you email us, we retain the correspondence as needed to answer and document the request.
13. Changes
We will update this policy and the date above if our practices change. For a material change, we will give reasonable notice in the app, by email, or on the website before the new practice takes effect where practical. We will also update App Store privacy disclosures when required.
